Clinical Business Intelligence Manager

Role overview

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a BI team building dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
• Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure, data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends and support high-stakes decisions.
• Turn complex healthcare datasets into trusted insights that support care delivery and organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to align analytics outputs with clinical and business priorities.
• Evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated healthcare data and analytics outputs.

Who you are

• Experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management.
• Ability to design and manage end-to-end BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
• Comfort working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
• SQL skills and familiarity with modern BI and reporting tools.
• Able to communicate technical findings clearly to leadership audiences.
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Preferred experience

• Data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or AI training workflows is a plus.
• Health informatics, clinical operations, or population health analytics background is a plus.
• Experience with EHR, claims, operational, or financial healthcare data is a plus.

Workplace and schedule

• Fully remote and flexible work arrangement.
• Hourly contract engagement with a stated commitment of 10–40 hours per week.

Engagement

• Work on AI projects with research labs and AI teams.
• Potential for ongoing engagement and contract extension as new projects launch.
