• The engagement is an hourly contract.
• The expected commitment is 10 to 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to identify trends and recommend actions to leadership.
• Translate complex healthcare data into decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with AI research teams on clinical applications for model training and evaluation projects.

Who you are

• You have healthcare or clinical analytics experience and a track record in business intelligence or data management.
• You can design and manage end-to-end BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
• You are comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
• You communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are self-directed and reliable when working independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows involving structured healthcare data is advantageous.
• Background in EMR or EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics is advantageous.
• Experience in value-based care, clinical quality reporting, or regulatory compliance analytics is advantageous.
