Responsibilities
- Manage and retain an existing portfolio and build long-term client relationships.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, referrals, additional services, and new-business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups, meetings, and business reviews.
- Meet monthly targets for new business, revenue, and receivables.
- Follow up on renewals, proposals, payments, and outstanding requirements.
- Understand client needs and coordinate timely solutions with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client information, activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Address concerns, support client satisfaction, and grow the assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant client management, relationship management, sales, or business development experience.
- At least 1 year of UAE experience is preferred.
- Managing client relationships or an existing portfolio and experience with lead generation, upselling, cross-selling, or referrals are required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills; excellent spoken and written English.
- Hindi is preferred in the requirements, but listed as required in the language field.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce or a related field, is preferred.
- Good CRM and client-data management skills are required; immediate availability is preferred.
Advantageous experience
- Experience in tax, accounting, audit, business setup, or professional services is advantageous.
- Relevant backgrounds include tax and accounting firms, audit firms, business setup companies, corporate or professional services, B2B client relationship management, sales and business development, and account or relationship management.
- Candidates with strong sales and client-management experience may apply from other industries if they have demonstrated client management and business generation.
Employment and pay
- Job type is full-time.
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
