Working schedule
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, six days per week.
- Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (GST).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
- Respond to client calls and emails promptly, addressing queries within designated timelines.
- Follow up daily by email, phone, and WhatsApp on ongoing work, and update progress in internal software.
- Act on order forms from Sales, ECS, or CP teams within defined timelines.
- Manage a portfolio of 70–80 clients.
- Research client needs and advise on suitable business formation options across various zones.
Candidate requirements
- At least five years of experience in customer service (calling) and/or administrative roles.
- At least one year of UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong operational-process background, familiarity with CRM systems, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
