Responsibilities
- Manage and retain clients; build long-term relationships and conduct meetings, follow-ups, and portfolio reviews.
- Generate business from current and prospective clients and identify upselling, cross-selling, referral, and additional-service opportunities.
- Meet monthly new-business, revenue, and receivables targets; follow up on renewals, proposals, payments, and client requirements.
- Understand client needs, coordinate internally, and address concerns to support a positive client experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in client management, relationship management, sales, or business development.
- At least 1 year of UAE experience is stated as required in the experience section, though described as preferred elsewhere.
- Existing portfolio management and experience with lead generation, upselling, cross-selling, or referrals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, client-facing, and relationship-building skills.
- English fluency is required. Hindi is preferred in the requirements section but listed as required in the language field.
- Bachelor's degree required; Commerce or related field preferred.
- Relevant tax, accounting, audit, business setup, corporate services, or professional services experience is preferred; UAE VAT or Corporate Tax knowledge is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is stated as AED 5,000–6,000 per month near the role heading and AED 5,000–7,000 per month in the pay section.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
