Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- : Take ownership of generating new business and acquiring clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on the emerging technology, strategy, and consulting sectors.
- Client Acquisition: Identify new prospects, develop leads, and secure contracts with high-value clients across various industries.
- Market Penetration: Create and execute strategies to enter and expand in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets, leveraging Recfront's unique value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with senior leaders, decision-makers, and HR executives to drive client growth.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Recfront's brand and solutions at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build the firm s profile and expand its client base.
- Team Development: While the initial focus will be on business development, there will be future opportunities to build and lead a team as the business grows in the region.
