Client Experience Executive – Private Aviation (Hospitality Focus)
About This Role
Role Overview
Globx by Elmirate Capital is seeking a highly polished and service-oriented professional from the hospitality industry to deliver exceptional client experiences in the private aviation space. This role focuses on managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and VIP travelers with a luxury-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients booking private charter flights
- Deliver a luxury hospitality experience throughout the customer journey—from inquiry to post-flight follow-up
- Coordinate with internal teams and aviation partners to ensure seamless service execution
- Handle special client requests (VIP catering, concierge services, ground transportation, etc.)
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through personalized engagement
- Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism across all communication channels
- Manage client expectations and resolve service-related issues proactively
Preferred Background
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, airlines, or hospitality groups
- Experience handling VIP guests, concierge services, or front office operations
- Exposure to premium service standards (e.g., 5-star hotels, premium airlines)
Key Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive requests
- Well-groomed, presentable, and client-facing personality
- Multilingual ability is a plus
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
