Role overview

What you will do
- Engage branch clients, complete transactions, and identify opportunities for advice, solutions, digital enablement, and partner introductions.
- Educate clients and demonstrate digital capabilities to support service, solutions, and retention.
- Contribute to team results by identifying advice opportunities, referring clients to RBC partners, or fulfilling needs directly.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems.
- Maintain relationships with partners across RBC.
- Follow compliance routines, processes, and controls while completing transactions.
Must-have qualifications
- Goal-oriented and passionate about putting clients first.
- Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Digitally literate across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and similar devices.
- Flexible to work varied hours.
- Eager to learn and determined to succeed.
- Confident learning financial concepts and willing to obtain either the Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience building rapport and client relationships in financial services, service, or retail.
- Mutual Funds accreditation.
