Serve as an RBC Ambassador in a branch, helping clients find solutions for their individual needs.
The role can support career development toward future Account Manager or Banking Advisor opportunities.
What you will do
- Engage with clients in the branch, complete transactions, and identify opportunities for advice, solutions, digital enablement, and partner introductions.
- Educate clients about digital capabilities and use technology to deliver a strong experience and retain business.
- Identify opportunities to provide advice, introduce RBC partners, or fulfill client needs directly.
- Resolve and prevent client banking problems.
- Build relationships with partners and follow compliance routines and controls while completing transactions.
Must-have qualifications
- Goal-oriented and client-focused, with drive, self-motivation, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and similar devices.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and eagerness to learn.
- Confidence learning financial concepts and willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience building rapport and client relationships in financial, service, or retail settings.
- Mutual Funds accreditation.
