• Create engaging and high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Develop content ideas and campaigns to promote properties, project launches, and company branding.
• Plan and manage content calendars.

Photography & Videography

• Capture professional property photos and videos.
• Conduct on-site property shoots across Abu Dhabi.
• Produce property walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and agent branding videos.

Video Editing

• Edit Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Add captions, transitions, music, motion graphics, and branding elements.
• Deliver content optimized for social media performance.

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, stories, brochures, flyers, banners, and marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media accounts.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Monitor engagement and provide performance reports and recommendations.

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry within the UAE.
• Proven experience creating content for real estate developers, real estate agencies, or property-related businesses.
• Strong understanding of property marketing and real estate buyer behavior.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate content creation.
• Experience producing property tours, listing videos, project launch campaigns, and social media content for real estate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic speaker is highly preferred.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Abu Dhabi or Dubai real estate companies.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads content requirements and lead generation campaigns.
• Drone photography/videography experience is an advantage.
