We are looking for a motivated and proactive Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with property owners and clients professionally.
- Negotiate property prices and secure the best possible deals.
- Make outbound and inbound calls to property owners and leads.
- Create, manage, and update property listings on real estate portals.
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information.
- Monitor market trends and help identify competitive pricing opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Confidence in making phone calls and dealing with clients.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using online platforms and basic computer applications.
- Fluent English is required. Arabic is a plus.
