Overview
To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic restaurant environment by ensuring all dining, kitchen, and back-of-house areas meet company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the restaurant.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Clean tables, chairs, windows, and other restaurant fixtures.
- Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
- Support restaurant operations by maintaining a clean and organized environment during and after operating hours.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing and able to work in Abu Dhabi (AUH).
- Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
