Job Purpose
We are looking for detail oriented **Dispatcher** who will coordinate between the kitchen and delivery drivers to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient dispatching of customer orders while maintaining smooth delivery operations and minimizing order errors.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders according to company standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and completeness before delivery dispatch.
- Monitor ready orders and assign them correctly to delivery drivers.
- Ensure all dispatched orders are complete, accurate, and properly packed.
- Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and delivery drivers.
- Track delivery flow to support timely order dispatch and reduce delays.
- Report operational issues or delivery discrepancies to management promptly.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or dispatch coordination preferred.
- Experience in delivery-based restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of POS and order management systems.
- Familiarity with fast-paced restaurant environments preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
