Overview

Grill experience only

Operational Management

-Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

-Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.

-Maintain brand operational standards across food preparation, packaging, storage, and service delivery.

-Monitor opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and operational readiness.

-Ensure restaurant safety and security procedures are consistently followed.

-Execute restaurant business plans and drive operational improvements.

Sales & Profitability

-Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets.

-Monitor and improve average transaction value and guest traffic.

-Execute local store marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

-Control labor cost, food cost, wastage, utilities, and overall operational expenses.

-Conduct inventory management and stock reconciliation regularly.

-Analyze restaurant performance reports and take corrective actions where necessary.

-Customer Service

-Ensure exceptional guest experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

-Conduct regular customer feedback reviews and implement improvement actions.

-Maintain front-of-house readiness and service quality standards at all times.

Team Leadership & People Development

-Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant team members to achieve performance goals.

-Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

-Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.

-Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.

-Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning initiatives.

Compliance & Administration

-Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and audit requirements.

-Maintain accurate operational, inventory, and financial records.

-Coordinate effectively with internal departments including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations.
