To support kitchen operations by preparing food, maintaining food quality standards, ensuring cleanliness and food safety compliance, and contributing to efficient restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation requirements are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO standards.
- Support kitchen operations during peak business periods.
- Minimize food waste and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
