Cleaners are sought for front-of-house and back-of-house areas at the Al Ain location.
The role maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across dining areas, kitchen facilities, washing areas, and other assigned spaces, following company standards and food safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, trays, and other equipment; maintain clean dishwashing areas, sinks, drains, and waste disposal areas.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep waste bins clean and hygienic.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures; use cleaning chemicals safely according to instructions.
- Maintain cleaning tools and materials in good condition and store them properly; assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks as required.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, pest activity, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow the cleaning schedule and Department Head instructions; maintain personal hygiene and wear the required uniform and PPE.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and skills
- Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and physical fitness to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Pay is AED 1,200 per month.
