Role Overview
Gist, part of the M&S Group, is hiring experienced Class 1 Drivers at Faversham to support store deliveries and trunking.

Store deliveries and trunking
- Deliver products to M&S stores safely, efficiently, and on time; complete vehicle and safety checks and delivery paperwork.
- Follow planned schedules, keep the transport team informed, and represent Gist and M&S professionally.
- Complete planned trunk routes between depots and distribution centres, moving stock safely and supporting the wider transport operation.
- Maintain vehicle compliance and safety standards.
What you’ll need
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence and Driver CPC.
- At least 18 months of Class 1 driving experience and a driving record meeting internal safety and compliance standards.
- A professional, safety-focused approach; reliability and teamwork; confidence with manual handling where required.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is £18.88 per hour, with weekend and overtime rates and additional shift premiums where applicable.
