Gist is hiring experienced Class 1 Drivers to help supply M&S stores from its Faversham team.
Responsibilities
- Complete planned deliveries to M&S stores, ensuring products arrive safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Carry out vehicle and safety checks and complete relevant delivery paperwork.
- Work safely and efficiently to planned schedules and stay in contact with the transport team during shifts.
- Represent Gist and M&S professionally on the road and at stores.
Working pattern
- The role offers 40 hours across any five days from seven.
- Start times fall within either 00:00–02:00 or 02:00–04:30.
- Additional shift premiums may apply depending on the working pattern.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is £21.32 per hour, plus overtime and applicable unsocial or shift premiums.

Requirements
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence and Driver CPC are required.
- Applicants need at least 18 months of Class 1 driving experience and a driving record meeting internal safety and compliance standards.
- The role calls for a professional, safety-focused approach and a reliable, team-focused attitude.
- Confidence with manual handling is needed where required.
