The company is seeking a Civil Project Manager to work with its project team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary site studies and coordinate design management with the Landscape Architect.
- Prepare project estimates and tender documents; manage project cashflow, purchases, and logistics.
- Apply for approvals and inspections from relevant authorities, including ADM, TAMM, and ADDC.
- Prepare and submit authority documentation for service blocks, swimming pools, and other landscape structures.
- Ensure deadlines meet customer requirements and coordinate timely requests and submissions with third-party consultants.
- Prepare management plans and codes of conduct for staff.
- Supervise construction laborers working on swimming pools, pergolas, masonry, irrigation, and planting.
- Manage projects under quality, environmental, and health and safety procedures.
- Maintain and repair tools and equipment; develop and maintain customer service and communication.
Language requirements
- English-speaking ability is compulsory.
- Arabic-speaking ability is required.
