Civil Foreman for a luxury villas project, responsible for day-to-day civil work execution at the site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily civil construction work according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
- Allocate workers, chargehands, and subcontractors; supervise blockwork, plastering, concrete, waterproofing, tiling, screeding, and external works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, MEP teams, and site personnel; monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Check setting-out and workmanship, identify issues, and coordinate their resolution with the Site Engineer.
- Maintain housekeeping and safe practices, follow safety procedures, track daily progress, and report status to the Site Engineer.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
- Main contracting experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works; able to interpret civil drawings and specifications.
- Good manpower coordination and site execution skills; able to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Luxury villa or high-end residential experience and UAE construction experience are preferred.
