Qualifications
- Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline and must have completed at least 2 years of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the Master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the
- Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.
- Strong academic performance with coursework in hydraulics, fluid mechanics, water resources, environmental engineering, or wastewater engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Exposure to GIS, hydraulic modeling software, or engineering design software through coursework is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous engineering internship, co-op, research experience, or participation in engineering organizations is a plus.
