Civil Construction Manager

Position Details

Construction Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction activities and site execution; plan, organize, and control work against project programmes.
• Manage construction teams, engineers, supervisors, foremen, site manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources.
• Coordinate Project Managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and civil, architectural, MEP, and other construction activities.
• Monitor programme milestones, progress, productivity, and performance; identify improvements and report to senior management.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and work procedures; ensure execution follows approved drawings and project requirements.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site issues; lead coordination meetings and follow up action items.
• Ensure quality, project specification, and HSE compliance; identify risks, delays, and programme impacts and develop recovery plans.
• Support planning, procurement, commercial, and project-control teams; support completion, snagging, and handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of construction experience, including significant construction management responsibility.
• Strong building construction/project execution experience and proven management of large site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, site operations, quality, HSE, and construction coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management systems.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred; large-scale UAE building project management experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
