Key Responsibilities

• **Technology Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise-wide technology frameworks.
• **Digital Transformation**: Drive adoption of smart housing technologies, IoT, and AI-driven solutions.
• **Innovation Leadership**: Introduce emerging technologies to enhance resident experience and operational efficiency.
• **Risk Management**: Identify technology-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, operations, and finance teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics.
• **Team Leadership**: Mentor IT professionals and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
• Strong knowledge of **enterprise technology frameworks** and GCC digital environments.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional residential or infrastructure organizations preferred.
