As we expand, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, oversee product development, and drive innovation across all business units.

Role Overview

The CTO will be responsible for setting the company’s technology vision, managing IT operations, and ensuring that Hediz LLC remains at the forefront of digital innovation. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.
• Lead innovation initiatives, including AI, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive growth and competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international technology standards.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for technology projects.
• Mentor and develop engineering and IT teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for new products, services, and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari technology regulations and international best practices.
• Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and emerging tech.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
