To drive our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and strategy.
Role Overview
The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, digital transformation, and innovation. This role requires a visionary leader with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to align technology initiatives with Q Denim LLC’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, and customer engagement.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into business processes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
- Build and mentor a high-performing technology team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regional regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
