To drive our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead our technology vision and strategy.
Role Overview
The **CTO** will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, digital transformation, and innovation.
This role requires a visionary leader with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to align technology initiatives with Q Denim LLC’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, and customer engagement.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into business processes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
- Build and mentor a high-performing technology team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regional regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
