Cap Quang Trading is seeking an innovative and strategic **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead our technology initiatives and drive our digital transformation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and an aptitude for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the technology development process and ensure the integration of new technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the technology team to drive project success.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO.
- Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from **130** **to** **260** **QAR**.
