Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to execute company strategy and business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day company operations across multiple departments.
• Build, optimize, and scale internal systems, processes, and workflows.
• Lead and manage department heads and senior team members.
• Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and performance throughout the organization.
• Assist in hiring, building, and scaling high-performing teams across operations, customer support, marketing, finance, and other departments.
• Monitor key business metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, finance, risk, and support teams to improve business performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Support decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Ensure company initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.
• Represent the company professionally with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders when required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the proprietary trading industry is REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of prop firm operations, evaluation programs, trader psychology, payouts, risk management, and customer lifecycle.
• Previous experience in a senior leadership, operational, or executive role.
• Experience building, recruiting, and managing teams.
• Proven ability to scale systems, processes, and operations in a fast-growing company.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Native English speaker.
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
