About the Role
Blue Guardian is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance operations of the business and support the company's continued growth.
This role will be responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, compliance, and ensuring strong financial controls across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
- Manage budgeting and expense controls
- Coordinate VAT and Corporate Tax compliance
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external service providers
- Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Review and approve payments and financial transactions
- Support management with financial planning and business decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management
- Experience managing finance operations in a startup or fast-growing company
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience in fintech, financial services, trading, crypto, or prop trading is an advantage
