****Project Overview****

Unger Steel Fabrication FZE (Free Zone Establishment is a partnership that includes a steel fabrication facility located in the Hamriyah Free Trade Zone of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This vertically integrated company secures our ability to provide a supply of high-quality steel on time to Bechtel ‘s global projects.

Unger Steel Fabrication FZE supplies fabricated steel to Bechtel’s projects worldwide, and from its facility in the UAE, the company also continues to support third party projects to maintain its position as an industry leader in structural steel fabrication.

Through collaboration, the company ensures proper methodical steel planning and production, while allowing greater visibility for its customers into the fabrication and shipment of steel.

Integration across the workflow strengthens our ability to mitigate supply chain uncertainties, while securing timely solutions for projects.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, risk management, and overall financial health of the organization.

The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership aligned with UAE regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and best international practices.

He or she will also support the establishment and continuous improvement of company policies and oversee the institutionalization of compliance programs.

Oversight of compliance extends to requirements imposed by the association and obligations of the respective JV partner ownership.

The CFO has ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of financial statements (IFRS and tax compliance), the oversight of the accounting, IT, purchase, logistics and administration departments as well as for the implementation of internal controls.

KPIs will be measured in terms of Revenue Growth & Profitability Ratios, Compliance & Audit Outcomes, Budget Accuracy & Forecast Variance, Cost Control & Efficiency Improvements.

Reports to and receives operational direction from USF (Unger Steel Fabrication) Managing Director.

Directly supervises and provides operational direction to Purchasing Manager, Logistics Manager, IT Manager, Finance Manager, Administration Manager.
