Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support business growth
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in high‑value trading operations
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and capital allocation
- Partner with senior leadership to align financial goals with commercial objectives
- Ensure robust governance and internal controls across all financial processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- **Minimum 10 years of experien**
- ce in finance leadership roles
- **Proven expertise in commodities, particularly gold trading**
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in high‑value trading operations
- In‑depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
