- Implement and monitor standard costing, variance analysis, BOM accuracy, and cost control measures.
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives to improve productivity, yield, and wastage control.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
- Strengthen internal controls, manage audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory and banking requirements.
- Optimize working capital through effective management of inventory, receivables, and payables.
- Oversee cash flow planning, treasury operations, and financing strategies to support business growth.
- Manage financial risks related to commodities, foreign exchange, interest rates, and counterparties.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, suppliers, and key customers.
- Support commercial teams with credit evaluations, profitability analysis, and credit risk management.
- Enhance ERP-based financial controls and standardize financial processes and cost allocation methodologies.
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and conduct ROI, IRR, and payback analyses for investments.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams while driving performance management and succession planning.
- Lead strategic finance initiatives, including digital transformation, cost optimization, and supply chain improvement projects.
