The CFO will lead the financial strategy, planning, and management of a
multi-hospital group
, ensuring strong financial health, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across all units
- Manage cash flow, investments, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial governance standards
- Lead fundraising, banking relationships, and investor engagement
- Drive financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Partner with leadership on expansion, M&A, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified CA / CPA / MBA (Finance)
- 15-18+ years of experience, with leadership exposure in healthcare/hospital sector preferred
- Strong expertise in financial planning, controls, and multi-entity operations
- Proven track record in strategic finance and stakeholder management
Preferred
- Experience in hospital chains or healthcare groups in the GCC
- Exposure to digital finance transformation and ERP systems
