As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and guide our financial direction.
Position Overview
The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, risk management, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with operational expertise to drive sustainable growth, optimize financial performance, and support Gulf Painting LLC’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost management and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as CFO or senior financial executive, preferably in construction, painting, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting, and corporate finance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop financial strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- Experience with ERP/financial software systems is a plus.

Pay: AED65,000.00 - AED70,000.00 per month
