The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership and accountability for global business performance, reporting directly to the Board
• Define and execute company strategy, growth roadmap, and market expansion plans, with a particular focus on GCC/MENA as a strategic growth region
• Build, lead, and align a high-performing executive leadership team across Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance
• Own investor relations, board reporting, and fundraising strategy (where applicable), including engagement with existing and prospective shareholders
• Drive commercial strategy and revenue growth, working closely with the leadership team on go-to-market execution
• Represent the company externally with strategic partners, key clients, regulators, and industry bodies
• Instil strong operational discipline, governance, and scalable infrastructure across the business
• Shape and protect company culture through a period of significant growth and change

Candidate Specification

• **20+ years**
• of progressive leadership experience, with significant time spent in
• senior executive roles (CEO, President, COO, or divisional GM)
• within technology businesses
• Strong background in

• Cybersecurity, Crypto/Digital Assets, Web3, or comparable high-growth technology sectors
• Proven track record of scaling a technology business — revenue growth, market expansion, and organisational build-out
• Strong existing network across the

• ; prior experience living and working in the region strongly preferred
• Demonstrable experience operating at Board level, including investor relations, fundraising, and governance
• A genuine "builder" profile — comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of a scaling business, not simply managing an existing operation
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of P&L ownership and delivering sustainable, profitable growth
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills; credible with investors, boards, clients, and regulators alike
• Fluent English essential; Arabic a plus but not required
