Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Hospital Group
We are a rapidly growing multi-hospital healthcare group committed to delivering world-class patient care, advancing medical innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Role Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership for the hospital group, driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and financial sustainability. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading a high-performing management team across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision of the hospital group in alignment with long-term goals.
- Oversee operational management of all hospitals and healthcare facilities within the group.
- Ensure quality of patient care , patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead financial planning , budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and innovation across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders , including government authorities, partners, and the medical community.
- Monitor and assess performance metrics across operations, patient satisfaction, and financial results.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in a multi-hospital or large healthcare organization .
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and quality standards .
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related field preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HFMA, FHFMA) are an advantage.
