Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and operational leadership of The North Land Institute of Training.
This role requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader with a proven ability to generate revenue, drive student enrollment, and expand market presence.
The CEO will lead business development initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the organization operates efficiently while maintaining compliance with local regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities.
Revenue Generation & Business Growth
- Develop and execute revenue-driven strategies to achieve enrollment and financial targets
- Identify and expand new revenue streams (domestic and international student markets, corporate training, partnerships)
- Drive student recruitment performance through marketing, sales, and agent networks
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with institutions, agents, and corporate clients
- Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies to remain competitive
Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the company’s short- and long-term strategic plans
- Provide leadership to senior management and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics across departments
Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and service quality
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Ensure strong financial performance, cash flow management, and sustainable growth
Regulatory Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and relevant authorities (e.g., KHDA, free zone authorities)
- Maintain high standards of governance, ethics, and institutional integrity
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators and key stakeholders
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team
- Drive a performance-based culture with clear accountability
- Recruit and develop key leadership roles within the organization
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
- 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in education, training, or service industries
- Proven track record of revenue generation, business growth, and P&L management
- Strong experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience in international markets or student recruitment is a strong asset
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment is preferred
