Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily coordination
- Handle personal follow-ups, reminders, and administrative tasks
- Travel with the CEO when required or coordinate travel independently
- Assist in managing travel logistics, including bookings and itineraries
- Support content creation for social media (basic shooting/editing)
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners and follow through on deliverables
- Assist in production-related tasks and ensure timelines are met
- Provide on-ground support wherever the CEO is working (office or remote locations)
- Run personal errands and provide lifestyle support as needed
Qualifications
- Open to candidates on own visa or with strong travel flexibility (e.g., ability to travel across regions such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.)
- Prior experience as a PA/EA is a plus, but not mandatory
