Grandiose is hiring a Multi-Cuisine Chef for its cloud kitchen in Dubai.
Food preparation and cooking
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely preparation.
- Prepare dishes according to established recipes and customer specifications.
- Monitor cooking times to ensure dishes are cooked properly.
- Maintain clean and organized cooking areas and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle ingredients properly to preserve freshness and dish quality.
Stock management and inventory
- Monitor ingredient levels and maintain adequate stock of cooking materials.
- Coordinate with the Bakery Supervisor to restock ingredients as needed.
- Maintain inventory records and minimize wastage.
- Rotate stock to maintain freshness and comply with expiry dates.
Health and safety
- Follow food safety regulations and company policies for safe food handling and preparation.
- Keep preparation and cooking areas clean and organized.
- Use equipment properly and report malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Required experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar field preparing multiple cuisines, such as pizza, sushi, burgers and fries, healthy meals, and Arabic cuisine.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Employment type
- The role is full-time.
Work location
- Work is in person at the Dubai cloud kitchen.
