Run the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing UAE accounting and tax practice, drive growth, and work closely with the CEO.
The founder-led group serves SMEs with monthly accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax services and includes a sister tax advisory firm.
What you will do
- Run onboarding, bookkeeping, VAT, and Corporate Tax delivery across the practice.
- Own growth and delivery numbers and report them monthly to the CEO.
- Meet clients online and in person, and convert enquiries into clients.
- Advise clients on UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and compliance as the senior technical voice.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the junior team.
- Improve cloud accounting, CRM, and task-management systems and processes.
- Work closely with the CEO and department heads across the group.
Must-have qualifications
- Chartered or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA, or similar) with tax advisory experience.
- Solid UAE accounting industry experience and strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Confident advising business owners and running client meetings; experience managing a team.
- Based in the UAE and able to attend in-person meetings.
- Proactive, driven, trustworthy, and self-motivated when working remotely; motivated to grow a business.
Nice to have
- UAE Federal Tax Authority Registered Tax Agent status is strongly preferred.
- Xero or similar cloud accounting experience is a nice-to-have.
- Exposure to sales targets or practice growth is a nice-to-have.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary up to AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience, plus a six-monthly performance bonus.
- Long-term role in an established, growing group with recurring revenue and room to grow team, scope, and earnings.
