Accounting and reporting
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analyses for management.
Compliance and financial management
- Ensure IFRS compliance; coordinate audits, respond to queries, and provide documentation.
- Maintain internal financial controls and policies.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow; conduct variance analysis and track performance.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Leadership for senior or Chief CA roles
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff and review financial operations across divisions.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE corporate tax.
- ERP experience, advanced Excel and reporting skills, analytical ability, accuracy, and deadline management.
- Experience in trading, logistics, or multi-division groups is preferred.
