An experienced Operational Excellence or Business Excellence professional is sought for a major infrastructure programme in Saudi Arabia.
This is described as a senior leadership opportunity focused on PMO frameworks, project governance, performance, and continuous improvement across multiple projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence initiatives across the PMO, aligned with established policies, procedures, and project management frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, risk management, and performance optimization.
- Establish and monitor project KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Strengthen project governance, Stage Gate processes, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee project performance evaluation and effective use of PMIS platforms.
- Support organizational capability development, knowledge transfer, and operational efficiency.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- At least 20 years of experience in large-scale project management environments.
- Demonstrated experience establishing, managing, and improving PMO functions.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, quality management, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, and other project management information systems.
- International project experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
