We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Catering Supervisor** to oversee daily catering operations and ensure exceptional food service standards.
The successful candidate will lead catering staff, coordinate event operations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise catering staff during food preparation, service, and event setup.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day catering operations and timely service delivery.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Train, support, and motivate team members.
- Coordinate staff schedules and assign duties effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Good problem-solving and team management skills.
- Pay: AED2,129.59 - AED4,965.05 per month
