We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused **Cashier cum Waitress** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cashier duties efficiently while providing excellent food and beverage service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a positive dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Operate the cash register and process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate billing records.
- Assist customers with menu inquiries and recommendations.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set up.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- **1–3 years of experience** as a Cashier, Waitress, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
