We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Supervisor cum Team Leader** to join our Catering Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily catering operations, leading a team of staff, and ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day catering operations.
- Lead and motivate the catering team to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and timely service delivery.
- Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks effectively.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Train and guide team members to maintain service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control.
Requirements
- **1 to 5 years of experience** in catering, hospitality, or food service operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills and report preparation experience are an advantage.
- High school diploma or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.
