Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Assistant Store Keeper cum Assistant Accountant** to join our catering company in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting both inventory management and basic accounting functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record food items, materials, and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Issue materials as per company procedures
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of all store items
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and supplier documentation
- Support basic accounting entries and record-keeping tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Experience in catering or food industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Male candidates preferred
