The role provides customer service and supports restaurant front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Process orders through the POS system; handle payments, issue receipts, and provide correct change.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, follow cash-control procedures, and complete daily reconciliation.
- Help with menu inquiries and coordinate order processing with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Keep the counter clean and organized; assist with opening, closing, and busy-period support.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, service, and company policies.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, and payment accuracy are required.
- The candidate should be honest, responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
- Previous cashier or F&B experience is preferred; POS experience is an advantage.
- DIFC or Dubai location is preferred; immediate availability is an advantage.
Pay
- Monthly pay starts at AED 2,300.
