Role Overview
Seeking an experienced and passionate part-time barista to join the team at Aljada, Sharjah.
Ideal candidate must have hands-on specialty coffee preparation experience and strong understanding of coffee quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders professionally.
- Demonstrate knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
- Assist with daily bar operations and stock management as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of espresso-based drinks, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Must hold a valid own UAE visa.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible to work part-time shifts as required.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Salary & Location
- Salary: AED 100 per day.
- Pay: From AED 3,000.00 per month.
- Location: Aljada, Sharjah, UAE.
- Employment Type: Part-time.
