The role requires at least two years of Burger Chef experience; UAE burger-shop experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of burger preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Experience preparing beef and chicken burgers, patties, sauces, fries, and other burger-shop menu items.
- Safe, efficient operation of grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling.
- Ability to maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation and handle high-volume service.
- Teamwork, communication, reliability, punctuality, and availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates with their own valid UAE visa are preferred.
- A practical trial is required during recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure proper cooking temperatures, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and sauces and maintain sufficient mise en place before service.
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and hygienic.
- Monitor food quality and report shortages, wastage, or quality issues.
- Follow FIFO and proper food-storage procedures; minimize wastage and maintain portion control.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to prepare orders accurately and on time.
- Follow company policies, food-safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Schedule
- Flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in the kitchen.
