Responsibilities
- Collect cash or credit payments and issue receipts, refunds, or change.
- Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies, and issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
- Create expense reports, process reimbursement forms, and prepare bank deposits.
- Enter transactions into internal databases and check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records and review and file payroll documents.
Requirements and experience
- The posting lists one year of cashier experience and one year of accountant or cashier experience as required.
- Requests work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Requires basic bookkeeping knowledge, familiarity with finance regulations, good math skills, and ability to spot numerical errors.

- Requires organization skills and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
