Sales Supervisor responsible for team-led growth, customer-base expansion, and achievement of sales targets.
The role includes B2B sales and sales connected to Tasheel, Tawjeeh, or Amer services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team to achieve growth and sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Recruit, set objectives for, coach, and monitor sales representatives.
- Build lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs.
- Report sales, revenue, and expenses and provide forecasts to management.
- Identify emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competitors.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience is required; the experience section specifies 4 years.
- Tasheel, Tawjeeh, or Amer sales experience and experience managing a sales team are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; bachelor’s degree is marked preferred in the education section.
- Prior sales representative or sales manager experience with consistent target achievement is sought.
- Communication, presentation, influencing, sales-process, business, coaching, mentoring, and people-management skills are required.
- Valid UAE driver’s licence and own car are required.
- The posting specifies 2 years in a manager or senior role and 2 years in government sales/business setup.
- English is required; Arabic and Malayalam are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 4,500 per month.
